A certificate is useful only when its scope matches the claim being made. Check the named organisation, issuing body, validity, covered activity and product or batch reference. A management-system certificate does not automatically certify every hair extension or prove a specific lifespan.

Identify the document type
Separate a factory management certificate from a product test report, a material declaration or a sourcing policy. Ask what each document establishes and what it does not. Avoid treating a generic badge as proof of material authenticity, donor consent or chemical performance.
Check the connection to the order
Look for the legal entity, facility, product description, tested sample and report date. Ask whether the document applies to the exact product or only to a different sample or activity. Where possible, verify the issuer and report through the issuer’s own verification process.
Specify testing before purchase
If your market or brand requires a particular test, provide the test method, acceptance criteria and reporting requirement before ordering. Feasibility, timing and cost must be agreed. This page does not claim that PLUCHARM holds a particular certificate or that every product meets a particular regulatory scheme.
Prepare claims for the market you sell in
Product labelling, import and advertising requirements depend on the destination and product. Obtain appropriate professional advice for those obligations. PLUCHARM 12A and 10A are internal product grades, not independent certification marks; do not print them as proof of regulatory approval.
