Start with the method your team uses: wefts, tapes or individual strands. Confirm seam or tip construction, pack weight and the handling limits of the exact product.
Compare a physical colour ring and sample against the client’s hair. Review tone, root transition and the way the ends blend before ordering.
Record how the sample behaves during installation, washing, drying and brushing under your professional care routine. Keep the approved specification for reorders.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST ORDER
Samples have no MOQ. We recommend 100g for a useful evaluation. Samples are charged at standard prices, and shipping is paid by the buyer. Sample cost can be credited once a single order or cumulative orders reach USD 5,000. Confirm the applicable sample credit with your order.
Share your business type, country, preferred products and any colour or specification reference you already use. Include a target quantity and required date if known. Your requirements can be refined with the team.
Regular orders start at 500g per colour and size. Samples have no MOQ. Packaging quantities and any custom requirements are quoted separately, so you can plan your range before committing.
Ready-stock orders usually dispatch within 48 hours; regular production usually takes 2–3 weeks. Actual timing depends on the product, colour, quantity, stock and production schedule. Dispatch time is separate from delivery time. Tell us your required arrival date before ordering.
