PLUCHARM / PROFESSIONAL BUYING GUIDE
A useful review or case study identifies the product, context and limits of the result. Look for permissioned evidence from a relevant salon or buyer, with enough detail to understand what was evaluated. An anonymous success story or an unsupported score is not a substitute for a sample.
Check whether the case matches your purchase
Identify the method, grade, shade, length, installation context and care routine where available. A result for one product or client may not transfer to a different attachment, colour or business model.
Look for an honest account of the conditions
Dated images, consistent lighting and a description of the evaluation period are more useful than a claim of flawless performance. Before-and-after images should not hide changes in lighting or styling that explain the apparent result.
Respect customer permission
Ask whether a reference can be shared and what information the customer has agreed to disclose. Do not assume that a supplier can release customer names, order records or contact details. A case study should also distinguish the salon’s work from the supplier’s role.
Use reviews to ask better sample questions
Turn the claims that matter to your business into checks: colour match, end fullness, attachment handling and performance through your own care routine. PLUCHARM does not present a fabricated rating table or invented customer story as purchasing evidence. Ask the team for current relevant material and evaluate the exact product you intend to order.
