Hair Extension Wholesale MOQ: Samples and Regular Orders

PLUCHARM / PROFESSIONAL BUYING GUIDE

PLUCHARM’s regular order minimum is 500g per colour and size. Samples have no minimum order quantity. Confirm the product method, grade, length and pack configuration in your quotation so the minimum is applied to the range you actually want to buy.

What does “500g per colour and size” mean?

The minimum applies to each colour-and-size combination, not simply the combined weight of an order. Treat each combination as a separate line in your purchasing plan. Confirm whether any other product options create separate order lines before paying.

Illustrative order Quantity calculation Total hair weight
One colour, one size 1 combination × 500g 500g
Two colours, one size each 2 combinations × 500g 1,000g
Two colours, two sizes each 4 combinations × 500g 2,000g

These examples explain the minimum-weight calculation. They are not stock confirmations or product quotations.

Why should you compare grams rather than bundles?

“One bundle” or “one pack” does not describe a fixed quantity across every product. Ask for the finished weight per pack, piece count and length before comparing offers. A lower pack price may reflect less hair or a different construction.

For illustration, if a quoted pack contains 50g, 500g equals ten packs. If it contains 100g, the same weight equals five packs. Use the actual pack weight on your quotation; these figures do not specify the packaging of every PLUCHARM product.

Can you evaluate the hair before a regular order?

Yes. PLUCHARM samples have no MOQ, and 100g is the recommended starting quantity for an evaluation. Samples use the standard product price, with freight paid by the buyer. Sample-cost credit is available when a single order or cumulative orders reach USD 5,000; confirm its application in your quotation.

Use the sample evaluation guide to compare colour, fullness, attachment construction and care performance before building inventory.

How should you plan a first wholesale order?

For a salon

Start with the methods your team installs and the colours and lengths supported by actual client demand. Separate booked service requirements from experimental shades. The minimum purchase quantity is not the amount to install on one client; fitting quantity belongs in a professional consultation.

For a hair brand

Build a clear SKU list with the method, grade, colour, length and finished weight. Assess the cost of the complete launch range. Confirm packaging and artwork quantities separately from the hair order.

For a wholesaler or education network

Identify a core range your partner locations can use consistently. Estimate demand by product and colour, then decide which variations can wait until the next order. Retain the approved sample and specification for future replenishment.

Does the hair MOQ also cover private-label packaging?

Do not assume that hair and packaging have the same minimum. Boxes, labels, printing and other custom components may have different quantities and setup requirements. Ask for the hair and packaging lines to be quoted separately, together with any remaining packaging held for a later order.

What should be confirmed before payment?

  • The minimum for each colour, size and product option.
  • Finished weight, pieces per pack and pack count.
  • Available stock versus products requiring production.
  • Packaging quantities and artwork requirements.
  • Product total, freight and the quotation’s stated additional charges.
  • Production timing, shipping arrangements and the treatment of requested changes.

Send PLUCHARM your proposed order list to confirm the minimums and availability. For branded ranges, explore Custom / Private Label.
