Good quality hair extensions should match the agreed specification and perform acceptably in the intended professional service. Evaluate material claims, colour, fullness, attachment construction and handling together. A grade label, softness or country name cannot establish the whole result.

Record method, grade, shade, length, finished grams and pack count. Ask which material and processing claims apply to the exact product. Make attachment dimensions and handling limits part of the approval, especially when adding a new format to a salon or brand range.
Spread samples and view the distribution through the lengths. Photograph the root, mid-length and ends in consistent light. A heavier or shorter sample can appear fuller even when it is not a like-for-like comparison.
Record the sample condition before and after the same professional wash-and-dry routine. Note products used, handling, tangling, shedding and changes in appearance. Define the acceptance criteria before judging the result; avoid inventing a pass rate or a lifespan guarantee.
