The installer should decide the suitable amount of hair after assessing the client’s natural hair, desired length, density and attachment method. For purchasing, convert that assessment into finished grams and the supplied pack or strand count. There is no universal gram amount for every client.

Distinguish added volume from a major length change. Record the client’s current cut and density, the desired finish and the installation method. More hair is not automatically a better or more suitable installation.
Ask for finished grams per pack and per piece or strand. For example, a purchasing requirement of 100g with a confirmed 25g pack would equal four packs. This is arithmetic only, not an installation recommendation. Round according to the supplied pack format and the installer’s plan.
Two packs with the same total weight may distribute that weight differently through their lengths. Ask how length is measured and evaluate the ends at the same stated length. Do not compare a short full bundle with a longer one as if weight alone describes the result.
PLUCHARM’s regular MOQ is 500g per colour and size; samples have no MOQ and 100g is recommended for evaluation. A wholesale minimum is an ordering condition, not a recommended amount for one client. Plan salon stock by the combinations you actually use.
