Tape-in hair may be reusable after professional removal if the hair and base remain suitable and the correct cleaning and replacement-adhesive process is followed. Reusability is a condition to assess, not a fixed number of refits or a guarantee of lifespan.

A new adhesive application does not restore damaged hair or a compromised tape base. Inspect the base, attachment area and lengths after removal. Confirm which replacement adhesive and cleaning process are compatible with the supplied system.
PLUCHARM offers Tape-In, Invisible Tape, Injection Tape and Butterfly Tape. Ask for front and reverse views, base dimensions, grams per piece and pack count. Similar names do not establish identical construction or the same removal and retaping instructions.
The installer assesses natural hair growth, placement and attachment condition to set maintenance. Do not extend wear simply because the hair still looks acceptable. Slipping, discomfort or an attachment problem should be reviewed promptly rather than repaired with an improvised adhesive.
For salon or brand buying, assess both the initial hair and the base after the agreed removal process. Record what products and methods were used. Ask about the effect of chemical treatment or alteration on the order’s return conditions before testing it.
