What every order includes
- One set is 100 g of net hair, supplied as two 50 g packs so a set can be split across a service.
- Four lengths as standard — 18, 20, 22 and 24 inches.
- Twenty-six shade references across dark, light, mixed highlight, ombre and balayage families. Shortlist on screen, then confirm against a physical sample before a large order, particularly for blondes.
- Custom colour and private label are quote-only and confirmed after a sample is approved.
Freight
Freight is charged on chargeable weight and shown at checkout: US$35 for the first 300 g, then US$20 for each further 300 g. There is no free-shipping threshold. Every set weighs 0.16 kg packed (100 g of hair plus packaging), so one set is one 300 g step. Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility unless your order states otherwise.
Trade accounts
Pricing on this site is public and per set. Trade terms — volume pricing, agreed colour ranges, private label and scheduled repeat supply — are agreed per account rather than published, because they depend on volume, product mix and destination.

Returns
Report faulty hair within 10 days of delivery while it is still unused. Where the issue is ours, the original outbound shipping is covered. Installed, cut, washed, coloured or heat-styled hair cannot be accepted as a quality return — contact us before installation if something looks wrong.
