Agree the order details and shipping arrangements. Review pre-shipment photos or video against your confirmed colour, length, texture, weight and construction.
COLOUR IS PART OF THE SPECIFICATION
A colour available in 12A may not be available in 10A, or in every method and length. Keep the full specification together when planning a reorder.

We can review a production option or an alternative specification with you. Regular production usually takes 2–3 weeks. Actual timing depends on the product, colour, quantity and production schedule. Approve any substitution before your order is changed.
Yes. Samples have no MOQ; we recommend 100g. Standard sample prices and buyer-paid shipping apply. Sample cost can be credited once a single order or cumulative orders reach USD 5,000.
The regular MOQ is 500g per colour and size. Confirm quantities and any specific custom requirements in your quotation.
Tell us the destination and required date at the start. We will review the stock and shipping options, but dispatch time does not guarantee a particular arrival date. Transit and customs must be considered separately.
