A USEFUL COMPARISON
Compare samples at the same length, colour and finished weight. Spread the hair evenly to inspect the distribution of shorter and longer strands and the fullness towards the ends.
Record the condition before washing and after drying using the care routine you intend to recommend. Note the texture, brushing behaviour and any tangling or shedding you observe.
Inspect the seam, tape base or tip. Have your professional team assess suitability and compatible application, removal and maintenance for the exact construction supplied.

These are PLUCHARM product grades. Use a written specification and a physical sample to decide which option meets your business requirements.
FROM SAMPLE TO REORDER
Record the grade, colour, length, weight and construction with the sample you approve. Use that reference when discussing repeat orders and any proposed changes.
Samples have no MOQ. We recommend 100g for evaluation. Tell us the method you install and the comparison you want to make so the sample can be selected for that purpose.
Samples are charged at standard prices, with shipping paid by the buyer. Sample cost can be credited once a single order or cumulative orders reach USD 5,000. Confirm the applicable credit with your order.
Send dated photos or video, the sample specification and details of the test or care routine. We will review the evidence with you before recommending a next step. Any agreed remedy is confirmed through management and the applicable purchase terms.
