PLUCHARM / PROFESSIONAL BUYING GUIDE
Separate order approval, production, dispatch and delivery. PLUCHARM confirmed ready stock usually dispatches within 48 hours; regular production usually takes 2–3 weeks. These are planning indications subject to the exact order and do not include courier transit or customs time.
| Stage | Confirm |
|---|---|
| Approval | Specification, packaging and payment requirements |
| Production | Order-specific schedule and current availability |
| Dispatch | Carrier acceptance and tracking details |
| Delivery | Transit estimate and destination handling |
Check the exact combination
Product method, grade, colour, length and quantity determine whether an item is available. A shade shown on a colour chart is not a live stock confirmation. Send a complete SKU list and required arrival date before planning around a launch or client appointment.
Count from the agreed starting point
Ask which approvals and payment arrangements must be complete before the quoted clock begins. Custom construction, packaging proofs or specification changes can affect the start date. Keep the confirmed production and dispatch dates with the final order record.
Allow for broader colour ranges
PLUCHARM’s indicative colour-range production planning is 7–9 days for 10 colours, 9–15 days for 20 colours and 15–20 days for 30 colours. These figures require order-specific confirmation; do not add them to or substitute them for the regular-production estimate without checking which schedule applies.
Plan replenishment before peak demand
Share expected usage, key shades and the next order window. Consider a smaller approved pilot before a large network rollout. If splitting a shipment or choosing an alternative is proposed, approve the exact quantities and any added freight before dispatch.
