How To Keep Your Hair Healthy

Shampoo and conditioner. When shampooing, choose a good quality (low alkaline) shampoo to wash your hair, and then maintain it with a conditioner to keep the hair texture soft, loose and shiny, and add firmness to the hair.

Baked oil regularly. It is best to do a hair care every other month for the hair, evenly apply the hair ointment to the hair during the oil maintenance, and make the hair flowers adhere to the loose natural condition.

Separate perm. It is best not to perform perm and hair dyeing together because both the perm and the hair dye are rich in more chemical components, and the two layers of damage will cause greater damage to the hair. In the case of non-dyeing, pour the hair dye on the hair and gently rub it with your hands. Do not use a comb to clean the hair repeatedly.

Moment distance. Dissatisfied with the newly ironed hairstyle, someone will re-iron it once or ask the hair stylist to help her recover as-is, but I do not know that this will cause great damage to the hair. If you really want to do it again, the best time for two perms is more than half a month; for the first time, the perm time should be shortened as much as possible. The interval between the time of the perm and the second perm is more than half a year.

  1. Wash your hair with a gentle shampoo: Choose a shampoo that is specifically formulated for your hair type and free of harsh chemicals. Avoid washing your hair every day as it can strip it of its natural oils.
  2. Condition your hair: Use a conditioner to nourish your hair and restore moisture after shampooing. Leave the conditioner on for at least 2-3 minutes to allow it to penetrate the hair shaft.
  3. Air dry your hair: Avoid using heat styling tools like blow dryers, straighteners, and curling irons as much as possible. Instead, let your hair air dry after washing it.
  4. Brush your hair gently: Use a wide-toothed comb to remove tangles and knots. Start at the ends and work your way up to the roots.
  5. Avoid tight hairstyles: Tight braids, ponytails, and buns can cause damage and breakage. Opt for loose hairstyles or use hair ties with no metal parts.
  6. Use a hair mask: Once or twice a month, use a hair mask to deep condition your hair and restore moisture.
  7. Use a heat protectant: If you must use heat styling tools, apply a heat protectant to your hair before styling. This will help to prevent damage caused by high heat.
  8. Get regular trims: Visit your hairstylist every 6-8 weeks to trim off any split ends and keep your hair looking healthy and shiny.
